The Cyndee Special: How I Found the Greatest Deal on Skin Rejuvenation in LA

My last blog post on Dr. Mest and Pier Medical shared my first experience and foray into medical aesthetics at the age of 57. I was a total virgin with a lot to learn about skin regeneration. In our first session together, we mapped out a plan over the next year where I would be treated with several different procedures including fillers, Botox/Dysport, lasers, micro needling, and PRP and Thermage FLX. Microneedling – The procedure is done with a COSMOPen which naturally induces collagen production and treats pigmentation. It also improves the delivery of the harvested growth factors from the PRP into the skin.
PRP or Platelet Rich Plasma – Platelets are well known to release numerous growth factors that respond to tissue injury and promote the conditions for healing. Within 5 days, I looked almost back to normal except that my skin looked dramatically younger.
