Peaceful view at Keys View in Joshua Tree National Park

Los Angeles, CA

“There is a crack, a crack in everything
That’s how the light gets in.”
– Leonard Cohen

We were sitting in my home studio

filming a talk show.

Michel Pascal is a Modern Master in Midlife.

He’s a Transformational Meditation Teacher.

He lived in a Buddhist Monastery, authored 20 books,

including one with the Dalai Lama.

He’s deeply spiritual,

blissfully content,

fully immersed in the present moment.

His peace is palpable.

I asked him, “When was the last time you experienced

stress or fear?”

After a long, profound pause,

searching to find a memory of anything but peace…

joy…happiness…serenity.

 Michel shared a memory.

The only one he could remember.

It was many years ago.

He was with a man who was deeply stressed.

A man who was used to controlling others.

A man who was angry.

Michel wasn’t.

He simply allowed the man to be.

He stayed in a place of peace and

waited for the transmission of peace

to take place,

to shift the energy, transmute the anger, and

the fear, that was present.

Before long, the man smiled.

His anger, fear, and stress dissipated.

His vibration shifted.

Michel Pascal only knows how to be.

He only knows peace and

he lives to be happy.

His life wasn’t easy.

He experienced abuse and trauma

as a child.

He found refuge.

Refuge in churches.

Refuge in monasteries.

Refuge in his heart.

He lives to give

to serve and

to love.

Michel Pascal is the essence of Fierce.

He’s a Modern Master of Midlife

Living life inside out and outside in.

That week I felt a crack as sadness returned.

Sitting with Michel, light began to pour in,

a beam of light you can see below,

filling the crack, lifting my spirit, my vibration.

I aspire to be like him…

To be at peace and

to bring Light wherever I go.

End of my show with Michel Pascal in the Light!
